Bilingual Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for energetic bilingual sales agents to join our team in Portmore. You will handle inbound calls about digital home services and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from prospective customers about digital home services (wireless, cable, satellite, home phone) and guide them through the sales process.
• Follow a consultative sales approach, asking questions to match customer needs with appropriate product offerings.
• Create customer accounts accurately using customized software platforms.
• Assist customers professionally and meet sales targets while complying with quality assurance standards.
