About the role

We are looking for an organized, service‑focused Booking Coordination Representative to help clients research options, coordinate reservations, and manage booking details. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys assisting people and keeping multiple requests organized.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand booking needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities and related services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations, confirmations and any changes or special requests.
• Review booking information for accuracy, maintain client records and follow up on pending requests.
