Business Compliance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Business Compliance Manager to join our Kingston team. You will develop, implement and oversee compliance programs that align with Jamaican regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive compliance policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Conduct regular compliance audits, risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Monitor regulatory changes, communicate impacts and adjust business processes accordingly.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Investigate violations, implement corrective actions and provide training to staff.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in compliance management or regulatory affairs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacology or a basic science.
• Strong knowledge of Jamaica’s regulatory environment.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with compliance management software.
• Advanced MS Office application skills.
