About the role

Join Golden Nozzle Car Wash as a Team Member and help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced environment. You will support daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, and contribute to the overall success of the site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Recite standard greetings using an on‑site electronic tablet and assist with sales initiatives and membership growth.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational facility, equipment, and grounds.
• Support workflow optimization to minimize vehicle wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels for chemicals and supplies.

Required profile

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth‑grade level.
• Flexible availability to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays (including at least one weekend day).
• Ability to remain calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lb, stand, walk, and work outdoors in varied weather.
