Cluster People Business Partner

About the role

The Cluster People Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to the Cluster General Manager and senior leadership across multiple markets. This role drives cultural transformation, aligns modern HR practices with business objectives, and ensures compliance with diverse labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Advise the Cluster GM and Country Station Managers on all people‑related matters, linking HR strategy to business outcomes and P&L impact.
• Co‑lead annual strategic planning with GMs and Financial Controllers, providing workforce analytics, headcount forecasting, and organisational design recommendations.
• Translate corporate and cluster‑level strategy into actionable people plans with clear milestones and KPIs.
• Leverage HR data and analytics (via Workday and other HRIS tools) to support evidence‑based decision‑making and present insights to senior leadership.
• Manage and coordinate core HR processes across the cluster in partnership with country HR representatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for people‑related queries from team members, management, and senior leaders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a multicultural, multi‑site environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent advisory and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Ability to lead cultural transformation initiatives and drive employee engagement.
