Consumer Administrator

About the role

Digicel is looking for a highly organized Consumer Administrator to support the Consumer Business. Reporting to the General Manager – Consumer Mobile and Digicel+, the role focuses on enabling sales execution, protecting revenue opportunities, and improving cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑manage weekly Spend Control Tower submissions to ensure accurate expenditure reporting and budget visibility.
• Monitor sales target achievement, identify performance gaps, and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and procurement activities that enable sales execution.
• Review and negotiate vendor quotations, pricing, and commercial terms to optimise costs and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain departmental trackers, contracts, business documents, and administrative records.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation for the General Manager and sales team during field activities.
• Support planning and execution of sales initiatives, promotional events, and meetings.
• Facilitate distribution of phones, SIM cards, promotional materials, and other sales‑related resources.
• Schedule departmental meetings, manage logistics, and record meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational skills.
• Experience in financial administration, procurement, and sales support.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on cost efficiency and revenue protection.
