About the role

Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments, deposits, checks and other transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with account and service inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and up‑to‑date knowledge of company policies, products and services.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with cash‑handling, banking, retail or financial‑services.
• Professional, friendly approach with ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
