Customer Service Representative – Work from Home – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers remotely, handling transactions and inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers, employees, and internal departments to ensure needs are met.
• Process customer payments, deposits, checks and other transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with account and service inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and stay updated on company policies, products and services.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills; cash‑handling, banking, retail or financial‑services experience is a plus.
