Customer Service Representative – Work from Home – Flexible Hours

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The successful candidate will deliver excellent service, handle transactions accurately, and support customers with their inquiries while enjoying flexible working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers, employees, and internal departments to ensure needs are met.
• Process payments, deposits, checks and other transactions accurately.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Assist customers with account and service inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records, documentation and stay updated on company policies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with cash‑handling or banking.
• Professional, friendly approach and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
