Customer Support Ambassador (Remote – Jamaica)

About the role

Join New York Solar Program as a Customer Support Ambassador and help homeowners understand the benefits of solar energy with no upfront cost. This fully remote position is open to candidates living in Jamaica with prior remote work experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to homeowners in prime solar areas, building rapport and setting or rescheduling appointments.
• Educate homeowners on government‑funded solar incentives and the advantages of switching now.
• Manage customer interactions using CRM tools and follow sales resources.
• Handle various customer‑service related tasks and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written English (C1 level).
• Resident of Jamaica.
• Willingness to learn and apply training methods.
• Outgoing, professional personality with a strong work ethic.
• Self‑motivated and able to meet performance goals independently.
• Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented, and able to work a flexible schedule (Mon‑Fri, 2‑hour shift on Saturdays).
