Digital Impact Officer (ICT)

About the role

The Digital Impact Officer supports the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of the Multi‑Country Office’s enterprise ICT environment, ensuring secure, reliable digital services for programme implementation across twelve Caribbean countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on enterprise ICT, including digital modernization, architecture, cybersecurity, governance and business continuity.
• Ensure availability and performance of core ICT services, platforms and digital workplace tools, and oversee cybersecurity compliance.
• Promote adoption of standardized platforms, automation tools and data‑driven solutions to improve workflows and organisational efficiency.
• Coordinate the distributed ICT service delivery model, integrating central management with external providers and inter‑agency support.

Required profile

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT management and business operations within a large international organization or corporation.
