Digital Impact Officer (ICT)

About the role

The Digital Impact Officer supports the planning, coordination and continuous improvement of UNICEF's Caribbean Multi‑Country Office (MCO) enterprise ICT environment, ensuring secure, reliable digital services across twelve programme countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on enterprise ICT, digital modernization, architecture, cybersecurity, governance and business continuity.
• Ensure availability and performance of core ICT services, platforms and digital workplace tools, supporting collaboration and productivity.
• Drive process efficiency by promoting standardized platforms, automation tools and data‑driven solutions.
• Coordinate the distributed ICT service delivery model and integrate centralized management with external providers.

Required profile

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology management, business administration or related field.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in IT management and business operations within a large international organization.
