About the role

Lead resort-wide food and beverage performance, service excellence and profitability during the reopening phase and beyond.

Key responsibilities

Set F&B operating strategy, service standards and outlet priorities.
Oversee restaurants, bars, banquets and in‑room dining.
Own budgets, forecasts, labour productivity and cost controls.
Coach outlet leaders and develop succession plans.
Monitor guest feedback, food safety and quality compliance.

Required profile

Degree in hospitality or related discipline preferred.
Senior F&B leadership experience in full‑service or all‑inclusive resorts.
Strong budgeting, commercial and multi‑outlet management skills.
Proven team leadership and excellent English communication.
