Feet on the Street (FOTS) Agent

About the role

Digicel is seeking energetic, people‑focused individuals to join its Feet on the Street (FOTS) team. As a FOTS Agent you will be the front‑line representative, meeting customers in communities across Jamaica and helping them choose the right mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet customers in assigned neighborhoods and promote Digicel mobile products and services.
• Build relationships, convert opportunities into sales, and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable plans, SIM cards, devices, top‑ups and number porting.
• Complete applications and sales documentation accurately and maintain records of prospects and sales.
• Safeguard company stock, devices and cash collected during sales activities.
• Respond professionally to customer questions and deliver an outstanding experience.

Required profile

• Loves interacting with people and building relationships.
• Confident, persuasive, results‑oriented and enjoys face‑to‑face customer engagement.
• Can work independently while staying focused on targets.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Adaptable, proactive and eager to learn.

Required skills

• At least three CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
