Group Chief People & Culture

About the role

Reporting directly to the Group CEO, you will lead the people agenda across the Jamaica National Group, shaping a shared culture and building the capability needed for growth.

Key responsibilities

• Align people strategy, workforce planning and organisational design with business growth.
• Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning and talent development.
• Build engagement, accountability and a culture where colleagues feel valued.
• Modernise HR operations through improved systems, data and insight.
• Lead reward strategy, employee relations and collective bargaining.

Required profile

• Commercially astute, credible and influential HR executive with strategic judgement.
• Proven record of workforce transformation at scale, preferably in banking, insurance or regulated financial services.
• Experience in a unionised environment, collective bargaining and dispute resolution.
• Extensive knowledge of Jamaican labour law and industrial relations.
• Relevant master’s degree or MBA and professional HR certification (SHRM or CIPD).
