Groups Concierge

About the role

Join NexusTours in Montego Bay as a Groups Concierge, providing personalized support to international groups throughout their stay. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring every destination experience meets the company’s high standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist groups upon arrival and during their stay.
• Act as the main liaison for clients and group organizers.
• Coordinate services, activities, transportation, and special requests.
• Monitor itineraries and contracted services for compliance.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams, suppliers, and hotels.
• Resolve issues and requests quickly and professionally.
• Anticipate group needs and proactively provide solutions.
• Ensure services are delivered according to established standards.
• Gather client feedback and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support logistics and coordination of special events and groups.

Required profile

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, groups, events, guest services, or customer service.
• Previous experience working directly with clients and/or groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a tourism operation.
• Knowledge of Montego Bay and Jamaica is an advantage.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
