About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor will lead safe, engaging children’s activities and oversee the resort’s kids club experience. This role ensures a fun, secure environment for guests’ children while supporting the resort’s reopening team.

Key responsibilities

Plan age‑appropriate games and creative programs
Supervise attendants and maintain child‑to‑staff coverage
Manage child check‑in, release and safeguarding procedures
Communicate clearly with parents and caregivers
Maintain clean, secure spaces and keep incident records

Required profile

Experience supervising children’s recreation or childcare teams
Knowledge of child safeguarding and age‑appropriate activities
First‑aid/CPR qualifications preferred or as locally required
Excellent communication, patience and organization
