Level 1 Technical Support Technician

About the role

This position provides first‑line technical assistance to end users within a corporate environment. The technician acts as the on‑site contact for user inquiries while also delivering remote support when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 technical support to end users at the client’s corporate office.
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for incidents, service requests, and user inquiries.
• Provide remote assistance via Microsoft Teams, email, and remote‑control tools.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, Windows OS, connectivity, Wi‑Fi, email, internet access, printing, and scanning issues.
• Document, update, and close cases in the incident‑management platform.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate resolution groups and follow up on open requests.
• Support hardware and software installations, configurations, moves, additions, and changes (IMAC).
• Maintain technology asset inventory and service configurations.
• Assist during meetings and corporate events with technical support.
• Perform periodic reviews of office technology services and end‑user equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to provide first‑line technical support to corporate end users.
• Strong communication skills for on‑site and remote assistance.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documenting incidents and updates.
