Loans Supervisor – Kingston

About the role

The Loans Supervisor will oversee loan operations, supervise staff, review loan applications and support the achievement of lending and customer service targets in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day loan operations
• Supervise and support staff performance
• Review loan applications and supporting documentation
• Support lending performance and achievement of established targets
• Ensure loan documentation is accurate and complete
• Support compliance with established lending procedures and requirements
• Monitor customer service standards
• Assist with resolving loan‑related and customer service matters
• Maintain an organised and efficient loan‑processing environment
• Support the team in achieving operational and customer service objectives

Required profile

• BSc in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience in a similar role, with three years’ experience desirable
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Adaptable, organised and results‑focused
