About the role

Lead resort security and loss‑prevention programs to protect people, assets and operations at Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa.

Key responsibilities

Develop patrol, access‑control and incident‑response plans
Supervise security officers, training and shift coverage
Investigate incidents and maintain confidential records
Coordinate emergency preparedness and local authorities as appropriate
Review risks and recommend preventive improvements

Required profile

Security or loss‑prevention management experience
Knowledge of investigations, risk assessment and emergency procedures
Strong people leadership, discretion and report‑writing
Hospitality security experience highly desirable
