Marketing Manager – Brand Leadership

About the role

The Marketing Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for marketing, primarily for the Courts brand, while supporting other brands across the group. Working in a matrix environment, the role collaborates with regional and local teams to adapt strategies to market priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the marketing strategy, annual plan and campaign calendar for the Courts brand, aligning with regional direction and local commercial goals.
• Provide strategic guidance and coordination for marketing plans across the company’s other brands.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt campaigns, brand standards and creative execution for the local market.
• Oversee campaign strategy, creative development and execution across relevant channels and customer touchpoints.
• Manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, monitoring and performance reporting.
• Oversee sponsorships, partnerships, events, activations and relationships with external service providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Administration or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of progressive marketing experience, including three years leading a marketing team or major brand.
• Demonstrated experience in brand management, integrated campaigns, digital marketing and budget management.
• Experience using marketing, customer and commercial data to guide investment decisions.
• Experience in retail, consumer finance or multi‑brand consumer‑focused organisations is an advantage.
