Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

Workstripe is seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to generate leads and schedule product demonstrations for its contractor management platform. This remote, commission‑only position focuses on prospecting and qualifying opportunities rather than closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target trade businesses such as contractors, remodelers, roofers, painters, and landscapers.
• Prospect and engage owners via LinkedIn, email, social media, and approved channels.
• Introduce Workstripe, explain platform benefits, and qualify prospects for demos.
• Schedule product demonstrations, follow up to improve attendance, and maintain accurate lead records.
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.

Required profile

• Confident initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, persistent, and able to work independently.
• Interest in sales, entrepreneurship, technology, or business development.
• Previous sales or appointment‑setting experience is helpful but not mandatory.
