About the role

Support Services Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Outbound Telesales Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives. The role oversees daily operations, monitors performance, and ensures sales goals and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of outbound telesales representatives.
• Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, and individual and team targets.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to improve sales results.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor call quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and review performance reports and communicate results to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a call center environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and work toward performance targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment.
