Paid Ads Expert (Remote Contract)

About the role

PTS Marketing Agency is hiring a Paid Ads Expert for a remote contract position. You will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for the agency's clients, working closely with the Ad Strategist and the internal team. The role is paid per client, with a range of 7,000 to 17,500 JMD per month depending on the package, and you are expected to handle up to 10 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new clients: get the questionnaire completed and a discovery call held within the first week, and set up account access, the ROAS sheet, automation and conversion tracking (Pixel/Tag) within two weeks.
• Develop and share a full ad strategy within two weeks of onboarding, aiming for 90% client approval within one week.
• Build and launch at least 10 ad campaigns per month on Meta and Google, including Google Analytics and UTM links.
• Optimize campaigns after 7 days and provide weekly performance reports, plus recurring automated end-of-month reports.
• Upsell at least 5 clients to the highest package every three months and track progress.
• Achieve a minimum ROAS of 5:1 within six months, generate at least 500 qualified leads per month in the first quarter, reduce CPA by 20% in six months and improve CTR by 15% in three months.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta and Google ad campaigns with a proven track record.
• Relevant ad certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
