Program Manager – Lead Cross‑Functional Enterprise Programs

About the role

The Program Manager will lead cross‑functional programmes within the PMO, ensuring they align with corporate strategy and deliver measurable outcomes. This position owns end‑to‑end delivery, from intake and planning through execution, benefits realisation, and close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple enterprise programmes, integrating projects, workstreams and teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Establish and run programme governance, adhering to PMO standards and controls.
• Coordinate resource planning across projects, including capacity, roles and skills.
• Prepare clear executive communications on status, milestones, financials, risks, issues and decisions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate programme‑level risks, issues and dependencies.
• Drive integrated change management with impacted stakeholders.
• Manage third‑party vendors where applicable and facilitate post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in programme or project management within complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional initiatives with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with executive presence.
