Programme & Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

The Programme & Partnerships Coordinator will coordinate Good Company’s programmes and develop partnerships that support programme delivery and organisational growth. The role blends hands‑on programme coordination with partnership development, including identifying corporate, government, NGO and community partners, sponsorships and grant opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate programmes, workshops and events, managing schedules, venues, facilitators, suppliers, volunteers and logistics.
• Track attendance, participation, feedback and outcomes, maintaining records, reports and budgets.
• Identify, approach and secure corporate, government, NGO and community partners, preparing proposals and sponsorship requests.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners, manage deliverables and keep an active pipeline of prospects and funding opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in programme coordination, partnerships, sponsorship, fundraising or related fields.
• Strong organisational, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable initiating outreach, presenting ideas, negotiating and following up.
• Experience working with older adults or in ageing, health, wellness, social services or community development is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
