Remote Appointment Setter for Health‑Tech Company

About the role

We are seeking a high‑energy, empathetic professional to serve as the first human contact for leads of a health‑tech and nutrition organization. The role is fully remote and focuses on outbound calling to drive webinar attendance and schedule sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads who have opted into webinars, encouraging attendance and following up with no‑shows.
• Reach out to individuals who completed a health assessment but have not booked a sales call.
• Engage webinar attendees who stayed until the pitch but did not schedule a call, answering basic questions and building trust.
• Maintain accurate lead status and tasks in Close CRM to ensure no prospect is missed.
• Consistently meet daily dialing targets (150+ calls) and weekly appointment‑setting benchmarks.

Required profile

• Near‑native English communication skills with clear pronunciation, able to sound local to a US audience, especially women aged 55+.
• Warm, bubbly, patient demeanor with the resilience to handle high‑volume outbound calling.
• Discipline and grit to sustain 150+ dials per shift while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in appointment setting or outbound sales is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Close CRM (experience a plus).
• Comfort using dialer software and adapting to new sales tools.
