Remote Appointment Setter for Jamaican Campaigns

About the role

PTS Marketing Agency is seeking remote Appointment Setters to engage leads for legal, real‑estate and other client campaigns in Jamaica. The role focuses on outreach, qualification and booking appointments for the Sales Specialist team.

Key responsibilities

• Reach leads via phone, email, WhatsApp and other approved channels.
• Follow approved scripts and client‑specific qualification frameworks.
• Book appointments only when all campaign criteria are met and submit them for supervisor confirmation.
• Log every interaction, outcome and next step in the Control Tower system.
• Manage callbacks, follow‑ups and promptly escalate any unclear criteria.
• Send daily activity reports and weekly summaries, including zero‑activity reports.

Required profile

• Clear, confident communication by phone and messaging.
• Strong listening, organization and consistent follow‑up habits.
• Comfort using scripts, qualification criteria and CRM or tracking tools.
• Coachability, attention to detail and accountability for accurate records.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet activity and reporting expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or tracking tools.
• Ability to follow scripted outreach processes.
• Experience managing outreach metrics and reporting.
