Safety, Health and Environment Manager

About the role

Celebration Brands Limited is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment Manager to lead the development and implementation of health, safety and environmental programs across all CBL locations. The role involves reviewing work environments, designing preventive measures, and fostering a culture of safety and wellness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain CBL’s health & safety policies, procedures, emergency response plans and safety systems.
• Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits, identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and health‑related complaints, analyse trends and implement preventative measures.
• Ensure availability and proper use of PPE, fire prevention equipment, first‑aid supplies and promote safe work practices.
• Coordinate inspections by government regulatory bodies and provide expert health and safety guidance.
• Partner with People and Culture to develop and deliver health and safety training and awareness programs.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, support KPI development and monitor performance against standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Environmental Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum five years’ experience in health and safety management within a distribution or manufacturing environment.
