Sales Customer Support (Remote)

About the role

We need a proactive Sales Customer Support specialist who can turn interested shoppers into buyers. You’ll handle pre‑ and post‑sale inquiries across multiple channels and spot every chance to upsell without being pushy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customers via email, chat, phone, and social media before and after purchase.
• Identify moments to suggest upsells or better‑fit products.
• Recover abandoned carts and stalled conversations.
• Resolve shipping questions, returns, and order issues.
• Track personal metrics such as conversion, upsell rate, and recovered sales to improve performance.

Required profile

• At least one year of remote customer service or sales experience.
• Genuine interest in the sales aspect of customer support.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Persuasive communication that feels natural, not scripted.
• Self‑driven mindset capable of meeting targets independently.
