Sales Support – Multinational Corporations

About the role

The Sales Support role provides commercial and administrative assistance to the Global Account Management team serving multinational customers. It works closely with Global Account Managers, Customer Success Managers and internal functions to move opportunities, quotes and contracts efficiently from identification to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, pricing requests and commercial documentation.
• Track opportunities through the sales pipeline, maintain accurate data in CRM and ERP systems, and support forecasting.
• Coordinate pricing approvals, order documentation and hand‑off to implementation teams across multiple countries.
• Maintain customer account information, contracts, pricing data and support the preparation of account performance reports.
• Act as the central liaison between Global Account Managers and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and issue escalation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Telecommunications, Finance or related field (preferred).
• 3‑5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations or commercial operations.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, IT services, cloud or managed services (preferred).
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of quoting, contracts and pricing.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
