About the role

The Scrum Master supports the development team and product owner in delivering incremental value each sprint. They educate others on Agile methodologies, protect the team from interference, and remove obstacles so the sprint goal can be achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Build and coach high‑performing, self‑organizing teams.
• Strengthen teams' understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.
• Ensure team actions align with project goals and vision.
• Promote and continuously improve Scrum practices across teams.
• Provide transparency to business and IT, fostering trust.
• Identify trade‑offs between short‑ and long‑term benefits to drive a shared vision.
• Foster a continuous learning environment, helping teams inspect and adapt.
