Senior Executive Associate (G7) – Fixed Term – Kingston

About the role

The Senior Executive Associate provides high‑level executive coordination and administrative support to the Area Representative and senior management of UNICEF’s Caribbean Multi‑Country Office. The role ensures smooth information flow, meeting preparation and follow‑up across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate executive communications, briefings, reports and high‑level meetings for the Area Representative.
• Support senior leadership working groups, manage information sharing and monitor follow‑up actions and deadlines.
• Facilitate partnerships, external relations and representation activities across the 12‑country Caribbean region.

Required profile

• Minimum seven years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is an asset.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience in planning and delivering executive, logistical and administrative support services.
