Senior Sales Executive (US market)

About the role

TripleTen is seeking a high‑energy, consultative Senior Sales Executive to sell advanced technical bootcamps to experienced engineers and tech professionals in the US market. You will engage in full‑cycle sales, provide credible technical conversations, and help candidates advance their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate as a full‑cycle sales consultant, qualifying prospects and guiding them to a decision.
• Hold informed technical conversations about system design, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, security, and production AI.
• Present TripleTen’s value proposition tailored to experienced industry professionals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to close high‑ticket deals and meet quota.
• Work with marketing to refine messaging for this audience.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline documentation in HubSpot.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in complex, consultative or high‑ticket sales (B2B/B2C, EdTech, enterprise software, etc.).
• Technical background or working knowledge of the tech industry (former engineers, IT sales, etc.) preferred.
• Proven record of consistently meeting sales and activity quotas.
• Strong discovery skills and ability to close high‑ticket deals, handling pricing and financing objections.
• Fluent English (C1 or above) and passion for helping professionals advance their careers.
