About the role

Supervise the spa's daily service operations to deliver a seamless and relaxing guest experience as part of the reopening team.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate therapist schedules and appointment flow
Coach spa colleagues on service and guest care
Monitor treatment room readiness and hygiene
Resolve service concerns and support retail opportunities
Track supplies, bookings and operating performance

Required profile

Spa operations experience with supervisory exposure
Knowledge of spa guest journeys and wellness services
Strong scheduling, coaching and service recovery skills
Professional communication and attention to detail
