Telesales Agent – Transactional Sales (TA II)

About the role

National Pen is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent (TA II) to join its in‑house tele‑sales team in Montego Bay. You will work Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑7 pm, handling inside sales, prospecting, up‑selling and cross‑selling while delivering high‑quality phone support.

Key responsibilities

• Support all sales departments, including Transactional Sales (TA) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
• Conduct full‑cycle sales consultations, negotiations and account management.
• Make warm sales calls, meet KPI targets for sales, productivity and quality.
• Provide detailed product and service information to customers over the phone.
• Follow up on orders, resolve issues with other departments and support peak‑season demand.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in a phone‑based, target‑driven environment.
• High‑energy communicator with strong persuasion and objection‑handling skills.
• Dependable and punctual with a solid sales aptitude for up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Previous sales/contact‑centre experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
