TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a creative and organized individual to support our TikTok influencer marketing efforts. As a TikTok Influencer Marketing Assistant, you will help shape campaign strategies, manage creator relationships, and ensure smooth execution of content initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor TikTok trends and propose brand‑aligned content ideas.
• Maintain the TikTok content calendar and coordinate with creators and internal teams.
• Research, shortlist, and outreach potential influencers for collaborations.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement and ROI.
• Optionally respond to TikTok DMs and comments using the client’s brand voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, outreach, or customer support.
• Strong familiarity with TikTok culture and creator ecosystem.
• Excellent written English and professional messaging etiquette.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and pipelines.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
