Tours Manager

About the role

JACANA Jamaica is seeking a dynamic Tours Manager to lead the development and execution of its farm tour operations. This role will shape the guest experience, drive brand awareness, and generate revenue through strategic partnerships and innovative tour offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure B2B partnerships with tour operators, travel agents, cruise lines, hotels and other hospitality stakeholders.
• Design, schedule and oversee educational and compliant farm tour itineraries, including private VIP and corporate retreat packages.
• Hire, train and manage tour guides, brand ambassadors and hospitality staff to deliver an immersive visitor experience.
• Collaborate with finance to set pricing models, revenue forecasts and booking targets.
• Work with marketing to boost digital visibility, manage online review platforms and create promotional campaigns.
• Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to track visitor data, manage bookings and run re‑engagement campaigns.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and continuously improve tour routes and touchpoints.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities to engage diverse international visitors.
• Strategic mindset with proven experience in sales, partnership development and revenue growth.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and coordinating complex operations.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with online review platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
