UX/UI Designer

About the role

GraceKennedy Financial Group is looking for a UX/UI Designer to support the design of digital products and services across the group. The role involves collaborating with product owners, technology teams and marketing to create user‑centred experiences that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the UX/UI design process from discovery through delivery.
• Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing and A/B testing.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mock‑ups and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces that follow brand guidelines.
• Review competitive digital experiences to identify design patterns.
• Participate in workshops and cross‑functional sessions to inform design decisions.
• Maintain design systems, component libraries and documentation.
• Work closely with developers, provide specifications and perform design quality checks.
• Analyse user behaviour and feedback to improve usability and satisfaction.
• Present design concepts, research findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, IT or related field.
• At least two years of UX/UI design experience for digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design, wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong analytical, creative and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for prototyping and interface design.
• Experience using Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing tools.
