About the role

Elecnor is seeking a Civil Site Manager to lead civil works for photovoltaic projects in Jamaica. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, and maintaining quality and schedule standards on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all subcontractor civil operations on the construction site.
• Verify that all works adhere to approved technical drawings and specifications.
• Control material quality and ensure proper documentation.
• Align daily and weekly activities with the project schedule.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support renewable‑energy objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising civil works such as foundations, earthworks, drainage, roads, and structural concrete.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
