Electrical Site Manager (Renewable Energy)

About the role

Elecnor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead electrical works on photovoltaic projects in Jamaica. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient installation and commissioning of high‑ and medium‑voltage systems within the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise electrical wiring and assembly activities on‑site.
• Manage commissioning protocols and ensure successful hand‑over of systems.
• Enforce electrical safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with utility operators for grid connection and power delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing electrical site activities, including high/medium voltage systems, substations, cabling, transformers and grid connections.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
