Project Manager – Photovoltaic Projects

About the role

Elecnor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead photovoltaic (PV) projects in Jamaica. The role involves overseeing full project execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and managing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complete project execution for PV installations.
• Control project schedules and budgets.
• Maintain client relations and communication.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Coordinate on‑site teams and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience managing large‑scale EPC energy, infrastructure, or substation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or related field.
• PMP or IPMA certification preferred.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
