About the role

RE/MAX Jamaica is seeking licensed real estate brokers to take on a leadership position managing corporate‑owned offices across the island. As a Managing Broker you will act as the face of the brand, driving sales performance and fostering a high‑performing agent team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of a RE/MAX office, ensuring compliance with the Real Estate Board of Jamaica.
• Recruit, coach, and develop agents to achieve sales targets.
• Promote a strong sales culture and represent the RE/MAX brand with professionalism.
• Collaborate with corporate leadership to implement brand initiatives and referral programs.

Required profile

• Current real estate broker licence in Jamaica.
• Proven leadership ability and a passion for mentoring agents.
• Strong knowledge of the local property market.
• Willingness to work full‑time or part‑time based on office needs.
