Team Member – Loss Prevention & Risk Management

About the role

Team members at Service Solutions Consultants Limited support the delivery of loss prevention and risk management services to a diverse client base. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kingston involves assisting senior consultants with risk assessments, reporting and the implementation of mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and gather relevant data on client sites.
• Prepare clear, structured reports and assist in developing mitigation recommendations.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings and support the rollout of risk‑reduction measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high‑quality service and support senior consultants.

Required profile

• Strong research, analytical and report‑writing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational capability and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Client‑service orientation with professionalism and reliability.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kingston and travel for client visits as needed.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, risk management, security or a related field is advantageous.
