White Glove Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The White Glove Service is a collaborative hiring support program for company clients that you will manage end‑to‑end. As the dedicated point of contact, you will provide pre‑screened, curated shortlists of candidates and guide clients through the hiring process to secure successful long‑term hires.

Key responsibilities

• Host and lead client meetings before and during the White Glove hiring process.
• Invite, pre‑screen, and curate shortlists of candidates that match job criteria and client specifications.
• Coach clients on outreach, interview scheduling, and final selection.
• Monitor hiring momentum, identify stalls, and proactively follow up to keep processes moving.
• Support offer negotiation through acceptance and hand over the client to Account Management.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in client‑facing roles where customers depend on you.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping any.
• Comfort leading video calls with business owners and closing on next steps.
• Demonstrated process‑improvement experience.
• Availability to overlap with US business hours and work remotely.
