Accounting Services Associate III

About the role

Conduent is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, brokers, and internal teams. The role focuses on equipment financing, handling inquiries, processing payments, and supporting account and contract activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat with professionalism.
• Document all communications and follow‑up actions in the system.
• Process payments, reconcile cash applications, and handle credit references.
• Enter and track customer requests for account updates, payment changes, and document retrieval.
• Liaise with Sales, Credit, Collections, Documentation, and Accounting to resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on financing agreements, balances, payoff requests, and contract terms.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in commercial lending.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to changing procedures.
• Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating across multiple internal departments.
