Accounting Services Associate IV

About the role

Conduent is seeking an Accounting Services Associate IV to support mission-critical financial operations for Fortune 100 clients and government agencies. The role involves reviewing journal entries, extracting data for reporting, and assisting with audit activities while ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.
• Extract and prepare data for dashboards and process/reconciliation metrics.
• Provide supporting records and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Maintain and update process documentation and desktop procedures.
• Contribute to quality initiatives and guide the quality verification team.
• Perform first-level tasks, quality checks, and other assigned duties.

Required profile

• Proficiency in analytical and operational accounting processes.
• Ability to complete assignments independently and coordinate work for others.
• Experience proposing improvements to procedures and acting as a technical lead.
• Strong understanding of team collaboration to achieve company goals.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
