B2B Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a persuasive communicator to join our high‑impact B2B sales initiative with a leading broadband and connectivity provider. In this outbound sales position you will prospect, qualify and close deals with small and medium‑size businesses, helping them access high‑speed internet solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to engage potential business clients.
• Qualify leads, present broadband solutions and close sales efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Build rapport and trust with business owners and decision‑makers.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience in a call‑center environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
• Clear, confident and persuasive verbal communication.
• Resilient, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Experience using HubSpot.
• Strong typing ability.
