Call Centre Agent

About the role

Join our dynamic customer service team as a Call Centre Agent, where you will be the friendly and efficient problem‑solver customers rely on. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing accurate information and personalized recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Initiate sales transactions and coordinate with the branch for merchandise preparation.
• Prepare and dispatch pro‑forma invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Inform customers about new product offerings and promotions.
• Provide accurate and thorough information on products and services.
• Follow up on customer requests within specified timeframes.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate history.
• Respond promptly to texts, WhatsApp messages, and social‑media inquiries.
• Perform related duties such as sales representative tasks and any other functions required for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Associate Degree.
• At least six O’Levels or CXC subjects.
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Computer literate.
