Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished, commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to steer the strategic growth, operational performance, and long‑term value creation of a diversified construction and real‑estate business. The CEO will own the overall strategy, P&L, business development, construction delivery, real‑estate investment, and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑, medium‑, and long‑term corporate strategy across construction, property development and real‑estate investment.
• Take full ownership of the company’s P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and capital allocation.
• Provide executive oversight of the construction portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required standards.
• Lead identification, acquisition, development and commercialization of real‑estate opportunities, managing the full project lifecycle.
• Drive business development, strategic partnerships and new market entry.

Required profile

• Proven senior executive with extensive experience in construction, property development, real‑estate investment, infrastructure or engineering.
• Track record of scaling businesses, managing large project portfolios and delivering sustainable profitability.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting and investor relations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and engage with boards, banks and institutional partners.
